This slow cooked curry has been cooked in India & Pakistan from the 18th century Mughal era. Hand cut carefully selected cuts of lamb cut overnight in a stew with clarified butter and a handful of home-made spices.

A medium strength panfried curry famous for its use of Tamil Nadu spices. perfect with a fresh naan and pilau rice.
